Functie Responsibilities

• Capture business (client) requirements and prioritize these (MOSCOW or WSJF)
• Being able to describe business processes (BPMN or alike) and suggest improvements
• Communicates in a clear, concise manner (both in analysis and via other channels)
Responsibilities in functional analysis
• Translates business requirements into functional requirements, containing acceptance
criteria
• Defines functional specifications (front-end + middle-layer)
• Ensures quality assurance of the final product by conducting tests and validations
• Provides support during the implementation of the solution
• Coordinates and communicates with stakeholders to ensure the solution meets the client's
requirement
• Communicates in a clear, concise manner (both in analysis and via other channels)

Jouw profiel Profile

• Completed degree in computer science or a similar field
• At least years of experience as a Business/functional Analyst
• Fluent in English and either Dutch or French, both orally and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in analyzing business processes and systems
• Ability question requirements in a healthily critical way and record a supported conclusion
• Experience in drafting functional specifications and defining requirements
• Will work (at least) days in the offices, located in Anderlecht (Brussels)

Plus
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Experience in using data to make decisions and solve problems
Conformity criteria

Language skills

Dutch and/or French (with a good knowledge of the other) + English

De applicatie uitrollen (parametrering, opvolging, ...) Normen, standaarden, methodes, tools en procedures voor betrouwbaarheid, onderzoek of informaticaproductie bepalen en toepassen (kwaliteit, beveiliging, ...) Functionele oplossingen formaliseren en bepalen
